Debbie Gibson is an outstanding broker. I have worked with a lot of brokers in the past and she ranks top in my book. She is a hard worker and on top of it at any time of the transaction- from looking at homes to closing every step of the way. We started with her about 3-4 years ago looking at properties in vail . We looked then we were not too convinced and we stopped looking. Debbie was ok with that and did not push. She kept in touch indirectly sending her periodic mass email communications about vail . This year we decided to look again in vail and we reached out to Debbie. Debbie was ready and happy to help again. We found a property that we ended up backing out of and Debbie was supportive and never asking us why or we should do something different.
